By using Sploder ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sploder is a browser-based game creation tool. You can create, save, and share games. No download is required.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any games you create. By publishing a game, you grant Sploder a non-exclusive license to host and serve your game to other users. You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not publish content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or threatening
• Infringing on others' intellectual property rights
• Obscene or inappropriate for a general audience
• Spam or automated/bot-generated content

Sploder reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sploder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
