1. What We Collect

Sploder is designed to minimize data collection. We do not store personally identifiable information (PII) beyond what is required for authentication.

• Email address -- used solely for account login. Not displayed publicly.
• Game project data -- stored in the cloud when you are signed in.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• No real names, addresses, or phone numbers
• No tracking cookies or advertising identifiers
• No analytics or behavioral profiling
• No social profiles, comments, or ratings

3. Third-Party Services

Authentication may be provided via third-party OAuth providers (e.g. Discord). We only receive the minimal profile information needed to create your account (email). We do not access your contacts, messages, or other data from these providers.

4. Data Storage

Cloud-stored game data is held on Cloudflare R2 (object storage) and Supabase (database). Data is stored in the provider's infrastructure and subject to their respective security practices.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your games at any time from the Library panel. If you wish to delete your account entirely, contact us and we will remove all associated data.

6. Children

Sploder does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always available at this URL.
