Filing a DMCA Takedown Request

If you believe content on Sploder infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
2. The URL or game ID of the infringing content on Sploder
3. Your contact information (name, email, mailing address)
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notice

Repeat Infringers

Sploder will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
